What you'll do

• Provide technical assistance for Windows 11, Dell, HP, and Lenovo workstations and listed applications
• respond to employee requests and help desk tickets
• assist with Service Desk Plus audits
• help users configure multifactor authentication
• image, deploy, and manage computers and mobile scanners
• recover equipment from terminated staff
• install network printers and software
• troubleshoot basic network issues
• monitor on-site and remote hardware and software
• manage equipment at branch locations
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation
• and perform data center tape rotations.
