What you'll do

• Represent employees in employment litigation
• evaluate claims and develop strategies
• draft complaints, motions, demand letters, discovery, and settlement agreements
• conduct research
• manage discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and proceedings
• counsel clients
• negotiate settlements
• collaborate with attorneys and staff.
