What you'll do

• Identify process gaps and develop process or systems solutions
• improve data quality and workflows
• research, validate, and correct transactions
• make sales order resolution and release decisions
• serve as CRM subject matter expert and support adoption and compliance
• partner with IT on CRM capabilities
• assist sales teams with deal documentation and financial feasibility analysis
• document deal decisions and follow up on execution
• improve quoting, contract setup, bid and RFP, sample, and specification workflows
• report on Deal Room activity
• support commercial integration of acquired businesses and ERP/CRM capabilities.
