What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, walls, floors, and other assigned areas
• disassemble saws and clean the cutting room
• use cleaning tools and chemicals
• inspect equipment and areas and re-clean as needed
• maintain related paperwork
• follow schedules and supervisor directions
• maintain order and cleanliness
• conform to relevant USDA standards.
