It coordinates with project, engineering, procurement, legal, finance, contractor, and supplier stakeholders through contract execution and claims resolution.

What you'll do

• Support procurement execution and risk-mitigation strategies
• analyze contract conditions and assist project management with contract execution
• review tenders and contracts, support major contract negotiations, and prepare contract documents
• manage post-award execution, variations, extensions, change requests, warranties, and performance guarantees
• coordinate change orders, delay and conflict management, and documentation for potential litigation, arbitration, or alternative dispute resolution
• identify and support outgoing and incoming claims
• maintain claim documentation
• manage supplier escalations, performance, compliance, and commercial audits
• coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
