The Licensed Clinical Supervisor role is onsite in East Boston, MA. Compensation is $80,000–$86,000 per year. The supervisor supports Gandara Mental Health Center’s Children Behavioral Health Initiative and Family Support and Stabilization services teams. The role provides administrative and clinical supervision that strengthens staff practice, communication, support, and accountability. Through individual and group supervision, feedback, and guidance on complex issues such as co-occurring disorders and trauma, the supervisor helps treatment teams and paraprofessionals develop their skills in serving youth and families.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to treatment teams and paraprofessionals
• conduct individual and group supervision
• support staff development in addressing co-occurring disorders and trauma
• facilitate communication and accountability among staff and consumers
• provide and receive informal and formal feedback
• address issues in worker-client and supervisory relationships
• ensure supervisees understand relevant legal issues, including duty to report and limits of confidentiality.
