What you'll do
- Provide direct care and support to an individual with developmental disabilities
- assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and feeding
- administer medication and monitor vital signs under nurse supervision
- implement individualized care plans and respect resident rights
- maintain a clean and safe living environment
- provide companionship and engage the individual in recreational activities
- assist with cooking, meal planning, and community activities.
