What you'll do

• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations for ECC service staff.
• Create work schedules, prepare payroll, and process personnel records for inpatient service staff.
• Use knowledge of complex diseases to provide nursing care and train ECC team members.
• Assist clinicians with triage, stabilization, and patient care, and instruct veterinary students, interns, residents, and technicians.
