Senior IT Manager

The Senior IT Manager role is an onsite, full-time position in Miami, FL. Pay is $100,000–$125,000 per year. The role supports Rocket Youth’s growing portfolio of youth sports, enrichment, and after-school businesses by overseeing daily IT operations and employee support. This hands-on role maintains reliable, secure technology across a multi-brand, multi-location organization. It provides direct technical support, administers systems and infrastructure, coordinates technology integrations for acquired businesses, and implements approved improvements to support business operations.

What you'll do

• Provide direct technical support and resolve escalated hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues
• administer Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, and security tools
• configure and troubleshoot devices and networks
• monitor infrastructure performance, availability, security, and capacity
• support backup, recovery, and incident response
• administer business applications and digital assets
• coordinate technology onboarding and migrations for acquired businesses
• maintain IT policies, procedures, inventories, and documentation
• coordinate vendors and assist with procurement, licensing, renewals, and cost tracking
• implement approved automation and provide technical recommendations to leadership.
