What you'll do

• Oversee Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites
• ensure post orders and rounds are followed and reports are filed
• notify authorities and clients in emergencies
• coach and discipline staff
• train personnel and review assignments
• assist with payroll and personnel management
• coordinate post coverage
• meet with client representatives
• inspect posts
• and prepare reports. May perform Security Officer duties.
