The Overnight Care Partner (CNA) – Memory Care role is in person in Bethesda, MD, with pay of $19.50–$21.75 per hour and an overnight schedule of 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. The Care Partner provides resident-centered assistance with daily living, personal care, mobility, meals, and a safe, comfortable environment. The role promotes independence and dignity, documents care, observes and reports changes, and communicates with nursing staff, families, and team members.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with daily living and personal hygiene, mobility, transfers, grooming, bathing, meals, and hydration
• support activities and independence
• maintain resident privacy and dignity
• document care and report changes in physical or psychological well-being
• monitor skin integrity and report changes to nurses
• maintain clean and stocked resident areas
• communicate with nursing staff, families, and team members
• follow community policies and safety requirements.
