The Production Associate — Assembly, 1st Shift role is onsite in Hamel, MN, with pay of $19–$21 per hour. Tolomatic designs and manufactures electro-mechanical actuation solutions and pneumatic actuators for industrial and defense applications. The role assembles custom products to build sheets and customer specifications, using tools and measurement devices to verify requirements. Accurate assembly and documentation support product quality and production standards across a changing variety of products.

What you'll do

• Assemble products using build sheets, prints, written procedures, bills of operations, and bills of materials
• use hand tools and torque tools safely
• measure and record dimensions with measurement devices
• read gauges, graphs, and dials and compare results with specifications
• use computer systems and scanners to enter required data
• adapt assembly work to changing product requirements.
