What you'll do

• Develop employment opportunities and match trainee skills and interests with employer needs
• build employer and workforce-partner relationships
• conduct employer outreach and research job leads
• market SCC programs and trainee skills
• refer qualified trainees and coordinate interviews
• provide job-readiness assistance
• develop employment plans
• monitor placements and retention
• maintain case files, records, timecards, and required reports
• facilitate orientations and workshops
• travel typically within Tulare County.
