Quality Assurance Specialist

What you'll do

• Audit programs and services
• monitor policies, procedures, and regulatory changes
• conduct statistical comparisons using Excel
• review clinical assessment activities and administrative systems
• compile and analyze performance and compliance information
• evaluate clinical assessment reports and processes
• develop and implement quality improvement processes
• review customer survey data and recommend improvements
• document service timeliness and accuracy
• provide audit reports and status updates to management.
