IT Support Technician

What you'll do

• Resolve helpdesk tickets within established service-level windows
• provision and maintain computers, mobile devices, monitors, and lab peripherals
• troubleshoot operating systems, applications, printers, conference room equipment, and network connectivity
• manage onboarding and offboarding workflows and user access
• maintain hardware and software inventory
• assist with lab installations, rack wiring, patch panels, and workstation setups
• support endpoint patching and updates
• enforce cybersecurity and data-handling controls
• follow ITAR/EAR protocols
• escalate complex failures, security anomalies, and network outages.
