What you'll do

• Visit approximately 40 commercial properties per week to identify decision-makers and generate opportunities
• develop relationships with property managers, HOA boards, condominium associations, apartment communities, and commercial property owners
• prepare estimates and proposals
• follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline
• meet incoming residential leads and close sales
• record activity in the CRM
• attend networking events, organize Lunch & Learns, develop referral partnerships, and coordinate sold projects with operations.
