What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items, vegetables, fruits, desserts, and other foods as directed
• operate kitchen equipment
• maintain food temperatures and rotate inventory
• store supplies and food properly
• clean and maintain equipment and work areas
• wash dishes and utensils
• assist with food and beverage inventories as needed
• perform bar-related duties as needed.
