The role supports the company’s customer experience by combining accurate service, product knowledge, and friendly interactions throughout each shift.

What you'll do

• Confirm drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
• collect payments and count change
• prepare drinks and premixes
• maintain urgency and productivity throughout the shift
• connect positively with customers
• learn the menu and customizations and offer suggestions when appropriate
• complete shift-change duties and checklists
• follow sanitation and safety standards
• clean and stock the stand.
