The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is remote anywhere in Virginia, with compensation of $70–$90 per hour. Advanceable ABA provides remote applied behavior analysis therapy for children with autism and related disorders. The BCBA assesses behavior, develops individualized treatment plans, administers and adjusts interventions, and works with families, teachers, and doctors on treatment progress. The role supports children’s development through tailored care and evidence-based practices.

What you'll do

• Observe and assess patient behavior
• meet with families, teachers, or doctors to discuss treatment and progress
• develop individualized behavior plans
• create simulated conditions to observe clients
• formulate treatment plans responsive to cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
• administer and tailor interventions
• recommend additional professional treatment when needed
• stay current on evidence-based research
• advocate for inclusion.
