What you'll do

• Own end-to-end estimating for industrial fabrication projects
• interpret drawings and specifications
• prepare takeoffs and calculate materials, labor, equipment, subcontractor costs, and overhead
• analyze production methods and schedules
• obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• identify risks and scope gaps
• prepare proposals and bid packages
• price change orders
• maintain estimating databases
• refine standards and mentor junior estimators.
