District Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Bakery Managers across eight locations
• conduct bakery visits and leadership meetings
• support recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention
• monitor operational standards, food safety, inventory, labor, and staffing
• develop action plans
• review sales, labor, COGS, OSAT, and other performance indicators
• support local sales opportunities
• champion guest experience
• communicate priorities and follow up on commitments.
