The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Center Based role is an onsite position based in Eatontown, NJ. Compensation is $24–$26 per hour, and this role supports the clinical team at Proud Moments ABA in providing specialized behavioral health services. This role exists to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum in a center-based setting. The RBT works in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support families in achieving positive behavioral outcomes.

What you'll do

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress
• Support BCBA with family training
• Maintain communication with families and supervisors
• Physically assist clients during sessions.
