Make Ready Technician, Sierra Ridge

The position exists to restore vacated apartments to market-ready condition and maintain clean, orderly property areas. It contributes to timely unit leasing and responsive service for residents and the property team.

What you'll do

• Remove litter and debris daily
• prepare units for leasing within assigned time frames
• trash out vacated apartments
• assist with cleaning and maintaining storage rooms
• distribute resident communications as directed
• check email for property and organization communications
• provide customer service to residents
• may work at other Foundation Communities properties in the Austin area as needed.
