What you'll do
- Administer on-premises and cloud systems, servers, virtualization, endpoint management, and core banking technologies
- monitor uptime and performance and manage maintenance, patching, and release planning
- support disaster recovery
- manage Active Directory, Azure AD, group policies, access controls, and user provisioning
- coordinate incident response and root-cause analysis
- maintain system documentation and runbooks
- partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital banking teams.
