What you'll do
- Lead clinical oversight for the EPSDT program
- establish nursing standards and procedures
- support nursing staff with clinical consultation and escalation
- oversee assessments, required visits, and Individual Treatment Plans
- supervise, coach, recruit, and develop nursing staff
- monitor documentation and regulatory compliance
- conduct audits and quality improvement
- coordinate care with members, families, attendants, care coordinators, and providers
- support program administration and staffing.
