What you'll do

• Provide direct one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy
• implement individualized BCBA-developed treatment plans

• collaborate with the BCBA on data-informed decisions and plan adjustments
• help train caregivers and family members in behavior techniques
• and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment and respectful interactions.
