What you'll do

  • Own the optimization pipeline for models, including export, quantization, and kernel-level tuning.
  • Perform low-level performance work using WebGPU and native kernels.
  • Integrate ML runtimes with the game engine.
  • Partner with research scientists to productionize novel architectures.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
