Universal Service Representative

What you'll do

• Serve members and prospective members
• open savings, checking, and money market accounts
• verify identification
• maintain and balance a cash drawer
• prepare and process consumer loan applications and service loan accounts
• explain products and services
• operate the Interactive Teller Machine and guide customers through transactions
• protect member privacy
• resolve or escalate problems
• occasionally assist at surrounding branches.
