What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and risk evaluations
• diagnose using DSM-5 criteria
• develop individualized treatment plans
• facilitate individual, group, and family therapy using CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches
• monitor progress and revise strategies
• coordinate with psychiatrists, case managers, and outside providers
• plan aftercare
• maintain compliant records
• participate in case reviews and supervision
• respond to crises using de-escalation and safety planning
• uphold ethical and cultural competency standards.
