RN Telemetry Acute Cardiac

Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status. Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Document the administration of care in the patient medical record. Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient response, and take appropriate action.
