What you'll do

• Evaluate and underwrite lender finance, specialty finance, asset-based lending, and syndicated or club transactions
• support transaction structuring, credit sizing, collateral analysis, covenant design, and risk mitigation
• prepare credit memos and risk ratings
• build financial models and sensitivity analyses
• coordinate diligence with borrowers, sponsors, banks, legal counsel, auditors, and advisors
• review legal documentation
• support execution through closing and existing-credit amendments or restructurings
• maintain pipeline and portfolio data
• support internal reporting and risk analysis.
