What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians
• monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions
• provide parent and caregiver training
• collaborate with families, schools, and treatment teams
• maintain clinical documentation and compliance standards
• support children in achieving meaningful outcomes.
