The Hospitality Team Lead — Evening Floor Lead role is onsite in West Hollywood, CA. Starting pay is $23 per hour plus tips. The schedule is approximately 12:00 PM–9:30 PM, with availability to close at least four nights per week. Dialog Café’s hospitality approach centers on creating a welcoming place for people. This hands-on lead supports evening café operations by guiding the team, maintaining service and operating standards, and addressing guest needs. The role helps deliver a consistent guest experience while keeping service organized during busy periods.

What you'll do

• Lead and support the team during the evening shift
• delegate tasks and follow up
• coach team members and provide constructive feedback
• communicate updates and operational concerns to upper management
• resolve guest concerns
• assist with VIP guests and special requests
• maintain food and beverage quality, cleanliness, organization, maintenance, and security standards
• complete opening, closing, and departmental checklists
• follow cash-handling, drawer reconciliation, and deposit procedures.
