Fulfillment Center Quality Assurance/Quality Control Team Lead

The Fulfillment Center Quality Assurance/Quality Control Team Lead role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with pay of $23–$25 per hour. The role supports Colson’s Fulfillment Center quality operations and customer commitments. The position leads day-to-day quality work, develops team capability, and maintains quality systems and audit readiness. It helps ensure products and processes meet standards while resolving issues and driving measurable improvements.

What you'll do

• Lead daily QA/QC operations, receiving inspection, and SIP/SOP adherence
• train the team and standardize processes
• address distribution center quality concerns
• maintain PPAP, FMEA, and PFMEA files
• support QMS topics and facility audits
• lead the annual risk, opportunity, and continuous improvement matrix
• maintain SOPs, metrics, and trends
• monitor complaints, investigations, nonconformances, CAPA, deviations, batch records, calibration, document control, and retention
• contribute as an internal auditor
• troubleshoot product and process issues
• support two ISO Management Reviews annually.
