What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision and support client safety and well-being
• build therapeutic relationships
• help clients work toward treatment-plan goals through coaching and skill-building
• assist with groups and activities and activities of daily living
• accompany clients to approved appointments and outings
• complete records and incident reports
• support medication administration as permitted by agency policy
• use approved crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
