Associate Channel Marketing Manager

The Associate Channel Marketing Manager role is hybrid in Minneapolis, MN, averaging two to three days per week in the office. Pay is $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus profit-sharing bonus. Wagner Spray Tech manufactures and supplies high-technology surface-finishing products and systems. The role develops and executes channel marketing programs that support customer growth, product launches, and brand engagement. Working with product marketing, field sales, retailers, and distributors, the manager coordinates campaigns, content, merchandising, and trade-show activity to improve customer preference and product sell-through.

What you'll do

• Manage cross-functional new-product launch plans and timelines
• create channel-focused marketing communications
• support segmented database communications and automated onboarding campaigns
• coordinate agencies and analytics teams to use insights against KPIs
• produce content for social media, launches, channel support, and training
• support key account planning and merchandising
• write and edit marketing copy
• plan and execute trade shows and related customer engagement
• manage website content and CMS updates, SEO, and brand consistency.
