What you'll do

• Manage the leasing process with prospective clients
• provide customer service
• guide clients through tours, applications, and sales
• assist with resident-related functions, including gift delivery and unit inspections
• respond to phone, email, and in-person communications
• maintain client records
• close unit sales and offer additional products or services
• maintain property curb appeal.
