Project Accountant

What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain project cost reports covering budgets, committed costs, labor, equipment, materials, and job-cost adjustments
• partner with project managers on budgets, forecasts, change orders, cost-to-complete, and margin analysis
• process and reconcile project billings, resolve billing inquiries, support collections, and monitor accounts receivable
• review vendor invoices, subcontractor pay applications, lien waivers, and compliance documentation
• support project setup, contract administration, month-end close, and organized financial records.
