Inventory Control Associate

The Inventory Control Associate role is onsite in Bessemer, AL. Compensation is $20 per hour. The role supports day-to-day inventory control activities for the Innovation Hub and works with Material Handling, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain. The associate maintains accurate inventory records by checking physical materials against system quantities and locations, investigating discrepancies, and recording movements. This hands-on work helps ensure materials are traceable and available when Production needs them.

What you'll do

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks
• reconcile physical inventory with ERP/WMS records
• maintain accurate quantities and locations
• investigate and resolve discrepancies
• track inventory across storage and production locations
• verify inventory movements and transfers
• support reconciliations
• coordinate with Material Handling, Production, and Supply Chain.
