The Production Line Operator I, Night Shift role is onsite in Hilo, HI. Pay is $18 per hour. The operator supports production of Waiakea Hawaiian Volcanic Water. The role operates and maintains assigned production-line equipment, monitors product quality, and helps keep production moving safely and efficiently. Depending on station assignment, work may involve filling, blow molding, labeling, or end-of-line packing and palletizing.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain assigned production-line equipment
• set up filling equipment and inspect product quality
• troubleshoot machine issues and communicate with supervisors or maintenance
• record production and test data
• replenish packaging supplies
• monitor bottle labels and codes
• remove damaged products
• operate case-packing and palletizing equipment
• clear jams and maintain safe work practices.

Why this role

The current schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, plus one Saturday overtime shift per month. Effective November 1, 2026, the posting describes a 12-hour Pitman rotating schedule from 6:00 PM–6:30 AM, with a 2-2-3 rotation and a 5% overnight shift differential.
