What you'll do

• Execute the business plan and meet P&L, revenue, and performance goals
• lead scheduling, resource planning, quality assurance, safety, and project delivery
• manage field operations for protective relaying, SCADA, and IEC 61850 commissioning
• recruit and develop staff
• establish vendor and client relationships
• manage operating systems, scorecards, KPIs, and processes
• collaborate with ETG and national leadership
• support regional market development.
