Chief Content and Experience Officer

Job overview

The Chief Content and Experience Officer role is hybrid in the Washington, DC metro region, with regular onsite presence expected in the DC office. Compensation is $170,000–$200,000 per year. NAEYC promotes high-quality early learning for children from birth through age eight and supports the early childhood education profession. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Team, the officer sets strategy across membership, content and publications, professional development, and conferences and events. The role integrates these offerings into a cohesive member experience and advances the organization's mission and revenue goals.

What you'll do

• Set strategic vision for membership, content and publications, professional development, and conferences and events
• grow professional development as a revenue stream
• evolve conference strategy
• oversee publishing editorial vision and business operations
• provide strategic oversight of membership value
• partner with executives to align program priorities with NAEYC's mission.
