What you'll do

• Conduct intakes and investigate claims, manage an individual caseload, and oversee staff work on civil rights matters.
• Develop and lead litigation in state and federal courts, prepare pleadings and briefs, conduct discovery, present arguments, and handle appeals.
• Support grant work, create community education materials, deliver Know Your Rights presentations, mentor and supervise staff, and provide legal analysis for advocacy efforts.
