What you'll do

• Lead dam safety evaluations, investigations, rehabilitation studies, designs, risk-informed studies, and construction engineering
• serve as project manager, technical lead, or senior reviewer
• develop engineering recommendations
• review technical deliverables
• manage project scope, staffing, schedule, budget, quality, and financial performance
• lead multidisciplinary teams
• maintain client relationships
• contribute to proposals and business development
• mentor engineers
• participate in dam safety studies
• perform field work and travel for assignments.
