Lead Preschool Teacher

The Lead Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Trenton, NJ. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. The Goddard School in Ewing uses its Wonder of Learning curriculum to support young children's development. The teacher leads developmentally appropriate instruction and daily activities, maintains a safe and inclusive classroom, and works with families and colleagues. What you'll do

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using the Wonder of Learning curriculum
• maintain a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom
• communicate with families about children's progress and daily activities
• supervise children and follow health, safety, and licensing requirements
• observe, assess, and document development
• collaborate with assistant and resource teachers
• use positive behavior guidance strategies
