What you'll do

• Provide customer service to customers and donors
• monitor employee work quality and quantity
• maintain a clean, orderly, and safe facility
• train and evaluate employees
• maintain store records
• direct facility personnel when management is absent
• ensure transactions and donated goods are handled appropriately
• support production areas, cash handling, safety, and financial performance
• develop corrective action plans as needed
• collaborate with Workforce and Family Services.
