The Vice President, Transaction Advisory Services, State and Local Tax role is based in Nashville, TN, with four days per week in the office and work at client sites as needed. The stated annual compensation range is $300,000–$400,000. Portage Point Partners’ Transaction Advisory Services team supports private equity sponsors, lenders, and corporate clients with financial, tax, and operational diligence.

What you'll do

• Conduct tax due diligence and identify risks and opportunities
• quantify state income and non-income tax exposures
• prepare client-ready reports
• review tax aspects of financial models, purchase agreements, and structuring calculations
• support business development and client relationships
• mentor junior team members
• lead or support training
• contribute to talent acquisition and firm-building.
