Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Pediatrics

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Pediatrics role is onsite in Searcy, AR, with services delivered in clinic, daycare, home, school, and community settings. Compensation is $80,000–$103,500 per year. REACH Therapy Services describes an interdisciplinary pediatric therapy program with BCBAs, registered behavior technicians, and other therapy disciplines. The BCBA assesses and treats children, develops behavior and adaptive-skills plans, and coordinates with families and other providers to support client goals, independence, and program quality.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and treat children from birth to age 21
• analyze behavior and develop instructional strategies
• collaborate with parents, therapists, and agencies on treatment plans
• manage caseload and schedule
• complete documentation
• support resources for clients and families
• oversee program areas and train and supervise RBTs
• manage new referrals.
