The Store Manager – Auto Parts role is an onsite, full-time position in Middlebury (village), VT. The stated annual salary is $65,000–$70,000, with eligibility for a store manager bonus program of up to $1,600 per month. The manager leads the Sanel NAPA Auto Parts team and supports the success of its retail and wholesale parts business. The manager leads and develops the team, grows sales and customer relationships, manages store profitability and operating expenses, and oversees inventory, merchandising, receiving, and loss prevention. The role also includes resolving customer concerns, partnering with HR on staffing and performance matters, and executing sales initiatives and business plans with the Area Manager.
