The Accounts Receivable & Customer Accounts Membership Specialist role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, and supports the company’s locations in San Antonio, Lubbock, and the planned Midland/Odessa area. Pay is $20–$26 per hour. Leaky’s is a growing plumbing and HVAC company expanding into new markets. This role supports accurate billing and customer account records while helping customers manage invoices and maintenance agreements. Through follow-up, coordination with office teams, and administrative support, the specialist helps keep customer services and company operations on track.

What you'll do

• Prepare and send invoices using ServiceTitan
• track outstanding invoices and follow up on payments
• answer billing questions and discuss payment arrangements
• maintain accurate customer accounts
• help prepare estimates and verify job information
• manage maintenance agreements, renewals, cancellations, and service scheduling across locations
• contact customers about maintenance visits and renewals
• follow up on estimates, invoices, and requests
• help resolve customer concerns
• maintain spreadsheets, reports, and customer records
• track tasks and assist with administrative projects and process improvements.
